DS: Chloe Faust Application

My application for

I do not have Photoshop in this laptop I am using, and my old computer is simply dead. So, I had to do this in Paint. And I hate it, because I love to give it my all in apps... but since I am so limited, yeah.

I decided to re-use Chloe, but with a new design, as I am no longer satisfied with her old look. xp Besides, I like her clothes here, they look awesome. So, without further ado, Chloe is here!

Digidestined:
Name or in case he/she has nicknames: Chloe
Personality: Energetic, adventurous, cheerful, gets responsible when needed to, and can get very scary when called Pinkie.
History: Chloe is the oldest out of two siblings, her brother being just 12. Her family all have blonde hair, but she dyed her hair pink and left a streak of blonde. She hates being called Pinkie and will throw anything she can at the person who called her that. Despite that, she is very energetic, leading to her brother always keeping her in line. This causes others to question who really is the older sibling. She cares deeply for her younger brother, and would do anything to see he is safe. Chloe is quite gullible though...
Other: She is quite scared of oceans, seeing as she nearly drowned when she was little.
